Tadpoles, Turtles and Birds is a transformation feltsong which shows how a frog egg matures to be a tadpole and then a frog; how a tree-nested egg becomes a bird; and how an underground egg becomes a turtle. The kit includes three double-sided felt creations: 1.) pond with frog eggs on one side, and a tadpole and frog on the other side; 2.) sand with underground eggs on one side, and a turtle on the other side; and 3.) a tree with nested eggs on one side, and a robin in the tree on the other side. The accompanying feltsong, "In the Springtime (Transformation Song)," Makes this activity really easy...and educational, too!
